The Headhunter’s Perspective  – Rachel Hubbard from Saxton Bampfylde

Rachel leads the non-profit practice at Saxton Bampfylde, one of the leading headhunters in that area.  She joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2000 starting in research, before specialising in Board appointments across the charity, arts, higher education, commercial and public sectors. She is a Trustee for Five Talents, an international microfinance charity.

Rachel will take members through the appointment process, looking at the selection criteria, the use of referees, the market’s view of lawyers, the likely competition and what members can do to improve their chances.
