The Headhunter’s Perspective – Patrick Reihill, WIG

Patrick Reihill is Head of Talent for The Whitehall & Industry Group (WIG). WIG works to improve the mutual understanding between the private, public and not-for-profit sectors – the organisation has 230 members, including a large number of law firms.  Patrick’s Talent team offers Non-Executive and Trustee opportunities at its member organisations, encouraging applications from those who want to take on such a role in a sector different from their day job.

Prior to joining WIG, Patrick worked for Moloney Search, an international headhunting company, where he led on senior appointments on behalf of Central Government, Educational Institutions, Housing Associations and Charities, in addition to a range of organisations in the private sector.

Patrick will share with members a little more on the opportunities he recruits for, the process he puts candidates through and how lawyers can help themselves in approaching these roles.
