Tim Clark – Director

Tim retired from being Senior Partner at Slaughter and May in 2008. Since then his portfolio has grown to include being Chair of Water Aid UK, the SID at Big Yellow PLC, a director of the Royal National Theatre, Chairman of the trustees of the Economist Trust and a member of the audit committee of the Wellcome Trust.

Elizabeth Holden – Director

Elizabeth left Slaughter and May in 2012 after 20 years at the firm, to pursue a portfolio career. Elizabeth is now a non-executive director at Great Portland Estates PLC, HML Holdings plc and Clarion Housing. She sits on the Finance and Planning Committee of Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. She has also sat on the commercial development board of Circle Housing.

Guy Beringer – Director

Guy retired from being Senior Partner at Allen & Overy in 2008. Since then his portfolio has grown to include Chairman of UK Export Finance, the Legal Education Foundation and City Music Services. He is an Adjunct Professor at the Imperial College Business School, Co-Chair of the Bingham Centre Appeal Board and an Advisory Board Member at Spencer Stuart.

Matthew Rhodes OBE – Director

Matthew started as a litigator at Ashurst, leaving in 2000 to found RollOnFriday, the world’s leading online legal community. He is also a trustee of Prisoners Abroad and a visiting lecturer at BPP Law School. Matthew was appointed an OBE in the 2011 New Year’s List for services to legal pro bono.

Michael Fletcher – Director

Mike spent eleven years as a partner at Stork & May, the pre-eminent career adviser. This followed four years as a headhunter. The earlier part of Mike’s career was principally spent in the financial services, exhibitions and property sectors where he was on the boards of four public companies.

Nick Aitchison – Individual Career Adviser

Nick spent six years as a partner at Stork & May, Europe’s leading board-level career adviser. This followed ten years’ executive search experience, which included leading the European Professional Services practice at Russell Reynolds.
